Nimano works with product leaders, founders, and small product teams in Thailand who are at an early or mid-stage of developing a new product or service. The Idea Exploration Workshop is a half-day or full-day facilitated session, usually held in Bangkok or at your office. We use structured activities to surface ideas, gently test their assumptions, and begin organising them into a short, prioritised list. You leave with a written summary and a set of directions to consider next.

A typical Concept Shaping Project runs over three to five weeks, depending on team availability and concept complexity. It involves a series of working sessions, a review of relevant context, and a final written brief. We keep the process light and focused so it doesn't disrupt day-to-day operations.

Advisory typically means two to four sessions per month, either in person or via video call. After each session we send a short written note capturing what was discussed and what comes next. We help you stay oriented across multiple product directions without losing sight of the detail in any one of them.

Prices start at ฿4,100 for an Idea Exploration Workshop, ฿20,500 for a Concept Shaping Project, and ฿34,000 for ongoing Product Strategy Advisory. All prices are in Thai Baht and exclude VAT. Final scope and price are agreed before any engagement begins.
