How Nimano came to be
Nimano was founded in Bangkok by a small group of practitioners who had spent years working in product roles across Southeast Asia. Over time, we kept noticing the same gap: teams had energy around new ideas but lacked a structured, unhurried space to think them through properly before committing resources.
We opened Nimano to fill that gap. Not as a large consulting firm or a software studio, but as a focused advisory practice — one that could sit alongside a product team and provide the careful, external perspective that internal teams rarely have time to give themselves.
Since opening our Bangkok office on Phaya Thai Road, we've worked with founders, product managers, and business leaders across Thailand who are building new things thoughtfully. The name Nimano comes from a Pali root meaning "to shape" or "to form" — which is precisely what we help with.
